This is the jig I made to form the bents all to the same angles and necessary sizes. I would cut the pieces to size, set them in the jig, and then glue them. I had a piece of wax paper between the plywood board and the glued pieces so the pieces wouldn't stick to the board. After the glue set, I pulled the bent out and nailed it together with brads.
