This is how the back of the yard looked in spring 2002 when the layout was but a thought.The eventual layout will extend from the lower left corner of this photo to the fence beyond the orange tree. The wall consists of broken concrete sidewalk. To obtain some width for the layout, the wall and bench will have to be demolished, together with the strip of grass between the wall and the patio stones. Even before that, provision will have to be made for irrigating the remainder of the lawn. The train on wall was merely placed there for scale.
